An alternative to BagLost is our online system BagOnline, which offers the passenger the opportunity to use a web-based claim filing tool. Your passenger collects a unique secure token and pin number at the desk and can complete the report themselves on a mobile device or any computer connected to the internet. Our secure online platform is managed and hosted 24/7.
